Lec 14- Scott Bernhard: New Orleans Recovery Series. Since August 2005, and in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans has been adrift - both figuratively and literally. This series will present the ongoing recovery efforts in the Crescent City, including city-wide planning and infrastructure improvements, local neighborhood reconstruction projects, and community initiatives to engage rebuilding.
