Harvard Office for Sustainability intern Rebecca Elliott '14 created this 60 second animation about Harvard's goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In 2008, Harvard University adopted a goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions 30% below a 2006 baseline by 2016, including growth. As part of this goal, Harvard is committed to using its campus as a living laboratory, turning research and teaching into action to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions that reduce energy and curb greenhouse gas emissions.
