Stellar Parallax and the Celestial Sphere
This animated video shows the effects that the Stellar Parallax of the Earth around the Sun would have on the celestial sphere. While Earth is too far from the Sun to see this effect with the naked eye, it is known that stars are not all the same distance from the centre of our solar system.
