    Cell Nuclei Protein Extraction

    This protocol involves three steps to prepare nuclear extracts. First, the cells are collected. Then, make cell membrane fragile using a pestle in hypotonic buffer. After collection of the cytoplasmic fraction, the nuclei are lysed and the nuclear proteins are solubilized in the lysis buffer.
