Starch water colloid: influence of applied force
How starch and water mixture forms colloid is shown in this science video. A colloid has very interesting property that it can behave like both solid and liquid. When a fast and hard force is applied, the starch water colloid behaves like solid. Slow and even force will make it appear as liquid.
