Biotechnology: changing the taste of food

People are selective toward foods of different taste. This causes some people to avoid food, otherwise beneficial of health, just because they don’t like the taste. Biotechnology is being used to modify taste of food keeping its nutritional value unchanged. Edited by Ashraf
