Usage of PDB file in analysing 3D structure of proteins
How do scientists make those cool 3D structures of proteins? 3D structures determined by NMR or x-ray crystallography give large amount of data. They are handled in ProteinDataBase files. This video describes parts of PDB files, and it's use in computing and deducing 3D structures of biomolecules.
