Breast tumor cells vs. normal breast cells

Normal human breast epithelium cells grown in vitro are organised in packages from which mammary gland is made. Cells are organised to make a tubing inside (lumen). Human breast cancer cells grown under the same conditions, do not form such lumen and divide overaggressive.
