Stem cells serve as the source of all the other specialized cells in the body, both when it forms during embryogenesis and when it replaces cells that have been lost to aging, injury or disease. This part explains methods of pluripotent cells in culture (embryonic stem cells), which enables us to produce different cells (neurons etc). This will in future enable us to cure organs that can not cure themselves.
