Tycho Brahe's 1572 supernova remnant
This is an animation of what Tycho Brahe saw on his way home in 1572, 11, November. He saw a bright shinning star in Cassiopeia like Jupiter. This was the first time the star was in that spot. He later noted this in the "Burnham's celes tial handbook".
