Western blot once again, but development shows nada. I'm doin' my time in the cell culture hood - at the weekend bro. It's the only time I could! Then suddenly my data is starting to make sense. Even Western blot bands start to make an appearance. So I repeat once again all the steps I need to follow. But every culture well... turned yellow./nHe's a super fly grad.
