Interests and Hobbies: I joined the research activity relating to plant lipid biochemistry and my study plan is molecular biological characterization of lipoxygenases from Ricciocarpos natans in order to study lipoxygenase pathways in plant species by molecular cloning of LOX; functional expression, purification and characterization of recombinant enzymes; physiological analysis and mutagenesis to evaluate reaction mechanism as the steps of research plan.
